Thanks for the update. I just finished week 5 at my Farrell’s location. You didn’t mention weight, body fat, and measurements so it sounds like you didn’t do those at 5 weeks? We did all of those, plus the things that you mentioned. All of my numbers are going down, just not as quickly as I was hoping I agree the diet is probably not something most people will stick with after they leave the program. I’m more like you – I just try to eat healthy, and don’t beat myself up over not getting exactly the right amount of carbs and protein. I do eat some meat and food from animal sources like milk, cheese, and eggs. Also, like you, I find hard to fit Farrell’s into my life 6 days a week.
My friend who is in the same class has had better results – at 5 weeks she has lost 10 pounds and shaved close to 2 minutes off of her mile time.
